Trade compliance specialist is responsible and accountable for implementation of trade compliance regulations and policies globally. Trade compliance specialist has an authority to approve or hold export/import transactions, and block transactions, that are not in compliance with global or local trade compliance laws, regulations or policies**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Implement and maintain a document retention program regarding trade compliance- Works and assists management on additional classification and trade compliance audits and projects works- Provide reports relating to import/export activity to various business units, as required- Developing, maintaining, and driving standardization of policies, procedures, processes, guidance, and internal controls- Assist with the ongoing training and instruction to company-wide personnel as regulations and the business evolve- Provide support in CTPAT projects- Support activities with IMMEX third party legal and consulting organizations.- Familiar with customs documentation and import/export experience**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or similar field- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience- Intermediate English- US Visa (desired)- Knowledge in Reconciliation Program- Knowledge in CTPAT and OEA- Strong working knowledge of IMMEX regulations- Strong knowledge in ANEXO 30 ANEXO 24 and 22Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cual es tu nível de inglés hablado?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- puesto similar: 5 años (Deseable)- IMMEX: 5 años (Deseable)Licencia/Certificación:- visa vigente (Deseable)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 75 % (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
