**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**The duties listed below are intended only as examples of the various types of work that may be performed.
The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class.- Auditing and validation of the correct update of BOMs.- Ensure the correct classification for raw material components.- Register and update the classification of new models of finished product.- Validate and audit the correct integration of the database of the Foreign Trade Inventory Control System (Annex 24 and Annex 30).- Analyze the Cost for Duty Report and update it in the Schedule A24 system.- Monthly integration of the requirements for the correct legal compliance.- Perform monthly reports for the correct legal compliance (INEGI, CIVA, customer/supplier report, etc).- The correct administration and control of the electronic and physical foreign trade file.- Perform monthly and semi-annual legal compliance audits.- Control, manage, renew in a timely manner and ensure the maintenance of the Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) NOM-001 and NOM-024 (NYCE/ ANCE).- Correct preparation and annual update of the USMCA (T-MEC) analysis of finished products.- Administration of entries for rework of sections 9801 and 9802 of the American Tariff.- Audit, validate and ensure the correct filing of Entrys (7501).- Participation and execution of projects to ensure legal compliance in foreign trade.- Support in the creation and updating of procedures and work instructions necessary to comply with all legal regulations in Foreign Trade.Support in legal compliance activities of Universal Electronics and any subsidiary of the group
