**Data analyst (Supply chain area)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities for production, supplies, and transportation.
- Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery.
- Gather data on each step within the supply chain and recommend changes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and execute large-scale projects to enhance supply chain operations.
- Research partner companies and negotiate best-price contracts to drive business revenue.
- Investigate pain points within the supply chain process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to secure best pricing and ensure contract compliance.
- Create performance reports for management review.
- Communicate with various departments to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values.
- Improve and create data models for financial reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
**Skills**:
- Advanced SQL for data analysis (common table expressions, UDFs, stored procedures, JSON functions, window functions, etc.).
- Expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).
- Proficiency in BigQuery or similar data warehousing technologies.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker preferred, but any other tool is accepted).
- Experience with ELT/ETL tools.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Knowledge of batch and streaming processing concepts.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and message brokers.
- English proficiency of 80% (spoken and written).
