Data Analyst

**Schedule**:Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 pm**Job Objective**:Prepare reports and structure analyses based on operational results from the different lines of business in the company, to facilitate decision-making, detect trends and project productivity results.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or technical training in administrative areas, in progress or unfinished (preferred)- Bilingual Spanish and English level: B2 (Requiered)- Intermediate computer skills (required)- +6 months as a Reports, Data and/or Incentives Analyst or similar position. (required)- +6 months as a Workforce Analyst (required)- Advanced Excel (Requiered)- Preparing reports with databases (required)- MS Office Advanced Certification (Peferred)**Main functions**:1. Maintain constant communication of productivity results to Corporate Management.2. Define the correct data collection processes, as well as the completion and interpretation of productivity reports.3. Prepare projections, statistics and other operational performance calculations.4. Generation of daily results reports for consultation by operational teams such as Operations Managers and Supervisors.5. Analysis of inputs for calculating weekly incentives, based on our clients' data sources, as well as internal attendance reports.6. Review, analysis and projections related to workforce management.
