Job Summary: The Data Analyst Function manages all customer contract, Bin and Project setup activities across the business. The position has key interfaces with the Sales, Procurement, Operations and Finance departments and suppliers where required.Accountability and Scope:- To access, analyse, process and validate data, ensuring that all inputs and outputs to the applicable business processes are accurate and in accordance with agreed policies and processes. Review and make recommendations to related policies including assessments.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Monitor and control Data Management performance KPI's- Undertake analysis and assess departmental policy and parameters, making recommendations for any changes where required to achieve departmental objectives without compromising customer service.- Create, undertake, and review internal customers reporting and trend analysis to identify potential issues, errors, and monthly trends to ensure appropriate preventative and improvement action can be undertaken to achieve departmental objectives.- JDE expertise to create, modify, deactivate, update or be able to help with any kind of request received by internal customers.- W2W transfer maintenance to achieve automatic transfers process runs smooth.- Coaches & supports the data coordinators with questions regarding the process.- Create work instructions and make sure the process is standardized- Undertake Root Cause Analysis, contributing to and/or implementing the associated corrective action activity, to identify reasons for process or objective failures to ensure future prevention and improvement.- Design, calculate and report KPIs to ensure that the business has accurate and timely data to base decisions upon.- Maintain, update and improve data systems and processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.- Participate in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.Measures of performance- Productivity, Service level and Dwell requests KPI- Data integrity across all Business Units in the company- Manage the staff within the Data management functions handling any issues in a fairly timely and professional manner.Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree,- Supply chain experience- Inventory Management experience- Advanced Excel- QlikView / QlikSense knowledge (Desire not required)- JDE / GEAC ERP knowledge (Desire not required)- Good analytical skills- Background in data management & Database management- Attention to detail- Project management experience (Desire not required)- Excellent communication Skills (Spanish & English)- Problem solving experienceCompetencies and Behaviors:- Focus on detail- Great service attitude- Quality orientation- Analysis of information- Personnel management
