.To develop and communicate comprehensive analysis to find opportunities and risks based on business, market and digital ecosystem data. This position also oversees an internal and external team of analyst and provides references for operational and strategic decisions in the Digital Marketing, CRM, Aftersales, Customer Experience, and Credinissan areas.**Key Responsibilities**:- To provide direction and supervision to a team of data architects, analysts and scientists (internal and agency based)- Keep track of digital performance KPI's including all media related for local, regional and global reporting.- Maintain quality of the data; CRM and digital marketing reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues; and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly.- To develop processes for effective data analysis, reporting and communication to develop business intelligence in order to find risk and opportunities proactively.- Is responsible for assuring quality and trust in the data, creating standard definitions for the organization & CRM to follow, and maintaining a consistent use of data resources.- Ensure compliance and security of the data, providing information on potential risks and offering regulatory guidance.**Other Activities**:- Support and collaborate with different business departments to perceive issues, analyze problems, suggest resolutions, and push forward the implementation of insights due to data analysis and constant building for optimizations.- Oversee proper operation of current data platforms and active collaboration on the evolution of a new cloud base data ecosystem.**Education/Certifications**:- Bachelor's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Actuarial Science, Mathematics; IT Engineering or related (Data Science, Analytics, Statistics).- Nice to have: Master's degree in Statistics, Data, Marketing or Business Administration.Previous Work Experience- At least 5 years of experience in management positions within Digital Analytics, CRM & Digital Marketing.- Data Manager, Business Intelligence Manager, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, research and Analytics Manager.**Certifications**:- Digital Analytics:Google AnalyticsFacebook AnalyticsData mining**Knowledge of tools as**:- Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, Data Studio, etc.- Adobe analytics experience- Adobe campaign experienceOther Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Language: Advanced written and spoken English.**Must have**:- Ability to work under pressure and produce understandable and actionable reports and analysis from data.- Good communication skills in order to influence and evangelize peers and other business áreas.- Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.- Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills.- Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.**Computer Skills**:- Highly proficient with computers, cloud technologies, data processing, BI tools, data visualization, etc
