As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining multiple Pentaho Servers across different business units. This includes providing Level#1 and Level#2 support for 100+ jobs, following run book procedures, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.**Some of the responsibilities include**:- Support and maintain multiple Pentaho Servers across different business units.- Follow run book procedures and restart jobs in case of failure (Level#1 support).- Troubleshoot issues based on run book procedures, provide fixes/solutions to failures and escalate to Level#3 support if necessary (Level#2 support).- Collaborate closely with teams outside of IT, such as Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.- Communicate effectively and document processes and solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Demonstrate self-motivation, willingness to learn new technologies and business domains, and take initiative beyond basic responsibilities.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- Verbal and written English language proficiency.- 3+ years of experience in PostgreSQL Or any relational database.- 2+ years of Pentaho Data Integration Tool Or any ETL/ELT tool like Talend, Informatica, or DataStage.- 1+ years of experience in VerticaDB Or any columnar Databases.- Experience working closely with teams outside of IT (ie.
