Your key responsibility is to ensure process adherence through strong analysis and insights from pre-qualification to delivery handover. Success in this role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, attention to detail, and experience in a pre-sales bid and proposal environment.ResponsibilitiesDeal Triage & Pre-QualificationReview and ensure data accuracy for incoming deals during pre-qualification.Route deals to relevant teams for further qualification and assessment.Deal GovernanceAdvocate and ensure adherence to governance structures across all sales motions.Develop and maintain Deal Desk tools and templates.Schedule and manage all gate reviews throughout the deal flow.Maintain a compliant deal approval process.Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance and drive improvements.Pipeline Analysis & InsightsGenerate and analyze metrics, reports, and dashboards on deal performance.Monitor and track pipeline, win/loss ratios, revenue split, and other KPIs.Provide data-driven recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.Utilization MonitoringSupport project setup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for resource assignment and time tracking.Facilitate regular board reviews for pipeline and staffing levels.Enable regular utilization and bid budget performance reporting.Qualifications3-8 years of relevant experience in IT and business.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a related role within a services organization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Codata
