That's high tech without the drama.**A bit about us**:**How could you help us do this?**We need a Deal Management colleague to join our AMS team to help us assist and support the Sales teams with ensuring non-standard /low/medium complex quote requests are approved as per the Micro Focus guidelines. On top, you will assist the broader Commercial Operations team members on the high complex quotes | deals and related processes in general.**What kind of work would you be doing?****Responsibilities**:- Acts as a project manager for complex medium to large Sales Quotations/offers- Advise sales population in the region on complete contractual paperwork for correct revenue accounting conform IFRS accounting ruling in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and SEC ruling, including management reporting to local management and HQ.- Revenue (what-if) analyses for sales management and recommend operational improvements to ensure compliance with accounting rules- Develop and implement and maintain business controls regarding processes around Opportunity management, pricing and proposals, revenue recognition according to applicable accounting rules and company policy- Focal point between customers, business units, sales population, revenue recognition team, legal, regional management, order fulfillment, local financial management, general management- Enablement of sales population and other relevant Micro Focus teams on new guidance around revenue recognition and accurate company policy- Assisting with Commission / bonus calculations and payments for all departments participating in the sales plan of Micro Focus occasionally- Forecasting & Opportunity management bases on Sales Force reports**Daily tasks**:- Build and draft proposals and contracts for software offerings respecting the Micro Focus guidelines and procedures- Complete contract paperwork for correct revenue accounting conform IFRS and conform Legal guidelines- Develop and maintain business control processes according to revenue recognition, opportunity management, solution design & delivery including pricing and proposals, as per corporate policies- Communicate and educate Software sales teams and other Micro Focus populations on Software Group processes regarding contracts, terms & conditions, pricing- Focal point to escalate specific customer requests on pricing, offerings, Terms & Conditions- Facilitate the necessary Micro Focus approvals needed for the negotiated offerings
