PROFILE:

- Previous debt collections experience.
- Type 40 WPM
- Familiar with collection laws, FDCPA & Regulation F.
- Excellent listening and english speaking skills
- Experience negotiating setttlements and payment plans on past due accounts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Making 150+ outbound calls to consumers regarding their outstanding balance daily
- Updating information in the collections system while maintaining accuracy
- Negotiating payment plans and authorized settlements
- Manual skip tracing
- Processing payment information
