**The Role**
As the Deployment Project Coordinator, you'll work as part of the Deployment team to support and assist in the overall coordination of project-related activities, ensuring the required project outcomes are achieved.
Proactive and a self-starter, you must be highly organized and have the ability to manage competing priorities.
Driven and motivated, you must be able to operate both autonomously and in a team environment, working with multiple vendors to deliver comprehensive IT projects that will differ in size and complexity.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects concurrently.
- Update project information systems - Confluence, Jira, Intranet and key systems.
- Resource availability and allocate tasks
- Attend daily project meetings with our global team
- Provide weekly status reports
- Project minutes
- Coordinating with our vendors and customers to follow up on tasks
- Identify and escalate risks as needed
- Create hardware purchases and track shipments when necessary
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Work from office 5 days a week
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have a minimum of 2+ years experience coordinating multiple projects
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to team members
- Have experience working with third parties, vendors and customers
- Have the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
- JIRA and Confluence experience (ideal)
- Experience in an ICT/IT Project Management environment is highly desirable, preferably from a networking or telecommunication background.
