Job Summary:Be part of R&D vehicle development, QCT (Quality, Cost and Time) management for Plastic injection, Thermoforming and Electrical parts development with high excellence on engineering skills and accountability of each duty to create value and overachieve customers' expectationsJob Responsibilities:Engineering changes leadership: Study and execute design changesManage Plastic, Metal, Electrical & Thermoforming system development on new vehicle projects Lead cost reduction activity with suppliers Lead quality improvement activity by warranty data analysis, studying and analyzing customer incident parts QCT (Quality, Cost and Time) management on current and new projectsJob Knowledge and Skills:Engineering study and analysis for decision making with strong technical-logical thinking based on academic and industry experienceDetailed and technical information to several audiences with clear messageDesirable basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (Plastic injection, Thermoforming, Painting, Chroming, Stamping, etc.)CAD software skills (NX & Team Center desirable)Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Years of Experience:Minimum 4 year of experience in Engineering Design of Plastic/ Metal partsEducationEngineering Degree (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Automotive or alike)Specific Course/Certifications• Leadership to coordinate, facilitate and participate in collaborative approach to the completion of task and projects• Project management of resources, activities, risks and quality controls• High sense of urgency and ownership• "Think outside the box" mindset• Ability to communicate effectively in English in written and verbal way.• Negotiating solutions among different parties• Proactive, Learner Sense, work based on objectives, team work mindsetTravel Required?Yes (required)Must have: Availability to work in the office (teleworking in the short term)Nissan (NMEX,NEdM, NRFS, NRFM and ANZEN) hires based on the fulfillment of the job profile in the vacancy, without distinction or discrimination based on gender, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, race, color, language, religion, political or any other opinion, national or social origin, economic position, birth or any other condition.Toluca México Mexico
