Innovate, optimize, and troubleshoot new product introduction and commercial manufacturing processes throughout lifecycle to improve process/product robustness, reduce cost, and eliminate waste in sampling products manufacturing of a big variety of construction products using conventional and novel technologies.
Design, develop, and optimize process simulation techniques for process optimization and scale up.

Designing and developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial cutting and printing processes from inception through to start up and validation.
Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data
Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes
Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
Perform process simulations
Manage cost and time constraints
Perform risk assessments
Provide process documentation and operating instructions
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline; preferable in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform at this level.
A minimum of 2+ years overall related engineering experience within construction or a furniture industry.
Ability to work off-shift
Proficient with Manufacturing software - Minitab, AutoCAD, PSD, AI and Microsoft Applications - MS-Visio, MS-Power BI, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint
