Designer-Drafter Coe

What you will do?Performs product mechanical design of HVAC units. Interact with mechanical product engineering team to develop sub-assemblies for manufacturing.The CAD Designer will create and revise detailed drawings under product manufacturing direction in accordance with MBOM.How you will do it?Design of electrical harness schematics, piping, and instrumentation diagrams.Design of mechanical 3D models, piping, sheet metal, and assemblies.Interpret and create 2D engineering drawings.Interact with Contract and Product Engineering to understand system interactions and constraints, providing guidance and feedback.Develop root cause analysis, document, and solve design issues.Develop and improve design guidelines and processes.Verify design with simulation tools.Analyze carefully the MBOM information to create or revise drawings.What are we looking for?HVAC experience required.Experience with Creo Parametric or similar.PLM Windchill experience.SAP experience.Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written).Electrical design knowledge.Mechanical design knowledge.Highly organized.Soft skills: Ability to work in a team environment.Good communication and written skills (interpersonal).Industrial Design, Automotive Design, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, Electronic/Electrical Engineers.Previous experience in design areas required.Proficient in MS Office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
