Devsecops Manager

**About the Organization and Role**:**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:- Lead a highly technical team through all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a specific focus on continuous integration, deployment and change management.- Recruiting/mentoring/coaching/handling individual team members- Goal setting and performance appraisals- Aligning team objectives with organization's mission/vision/values- Leading by example, hands-on approach.- Mentor teams and individuals to help them be more effective and productive- Must be detail oriented, a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and able to empower the team to deliver multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines- Have a strong technology background with the ability to implement a strategic vision, coupled to explore and recommend new technology and development approaches.- Establish strong, positive relationships with internal business partners, and ability to map business processes to technology solutions.**Required Skills and Experience**- Experience with IT automation tools and methods such as Puppet, Chef, Unix Shell- Experience with Software Configuration Management tools like CVS, Subversion and GIT- Experience with Build Automation tools like Jenkins and Bamboo- Experience with Service Now or equivalent ITIL software and ITSM practices- Experience with Oracle and MySQL databases- Knowledge of IT Security and Application Security Concepts- Experience with Agile project management methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe- A working understanding of code and script (Perl, Unix Shell, Java, Javascript)
