As the specialist in asset management you will need to integrate the correspondent experts along Weir Minerals organization when needed, in order to help resolve anomalies or issues to avoid unwanted stoppages or/and proactively look for strategies to increase efficiency/productivity. We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities:- Be the 'go-to' specialist globally in digital for data analysis for reliability issues/conditions/anomaly on connected customers and provide support to our internal people.- Be the leader of the level 2 service operating model (2nd layer of specialist support)- Support Industrial iot Data Analyst (level 1 in service operating model) with the analysis of the equipment and the data to resolve customer problems.- Ensuring business and customer needs and desires are being conveyed back to relevant specialists, this means to integrate specialists from the region and/or technology group when needed
