Come, join us on this journey!British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Commerce Planning Executive in Monterrey, Mexico.Work with the LANCAR B2B Digital Team, by leading e-commerce content driven by data-based commercial insights to support promotion grid decision, customers with digital sales, product availability per tier, suggested order per customer ensuring that the Digital Sales & B2B activities contribute to the success replenishment and effective decisions are made across the platform.This role is a crucial link between Marketing, Commercial Functions and Technology, proactively pathing the way for digital transformation, deliver on value, goals and ensuring innovative Omni-channel end to end deliveries for the constantly evolving digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of B2B Digital Commerce, UX/UI, retail landscape, and corresponding Omnichannel opportunities.The role will help support the TM&D team by leveraging big data and advanced analytics while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Develop performance of the platform to help identify opportunities and deliver recommended portfolio opportunities. Manage promotion optimization, leading to account level analysis, such as predictive analytics and post implementation results.Reports to: Digital Commerce Trading ManagerGeographic Scope: MéxicoYour key responsibilities will include:Support the development of a robust e-commerce portfolio strategy and Customer Strategies to reflect the organization's changing requirements and a dynamic competitive landscape.Ability to communicate technical information in a consolidated and straightforward way.Provide observations and perspective related to competitor activities and interactions between categories and across customer segments.Develop a deep understanding of promotion strategies, internal processes, and overall market landscape.Development of strategies and initiatives to enable sustainable ecommerce and loyalty growth.Assist in delivering analysis and observations that will feed the stakeholders forums monthly.Proactively connect, engage, and foster relationships with cross functional teams (i.E. Brand, Commercial, Consumer Experience, IDT, GBS, etc) and agency partners to deliver the defined initiatives.Identify, document and report any bugs or technical issues encountered while managing the platforms to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement.Effectively translate product needs and requirements to product specification, supported by all necessary documentation and governance. Develop acceptance criteria with supporting delivery partners and ensure product delivered passes all necessary quality expectations
