**Major Responsibilities**:- Manage the Assurance Service Digital tower in close partnership with Global Technology(IT), Mobile Publishing, IT UX/UI, AZ Commercial Digital and related teams- Identify opportunities for growth within the Digital tower through scheduled, frequentstrategic working sessions with the AZ IT and related teams- Develop and manage a delivery schedule of identified short, medium and long termopportunities to drive growth and extend the capabilities of the digital service tower- Manage streamlining and lean efforts within the digital tower and define processimprovement activities to extend service offerings and drive growth- Manage the Digital service tower specialists on the execution of duties related to digitalAssurance, digital asset management, domain management and Quality assurance- Manage the Digital service tower specialists and ensure appropriate customerengagement and adherence to asset and domain management SLAs- Manage coordination with the Privacy & Sustainability tower on appropriate managementand execution of cookie consent Assurance activities- Foster good working relationships with AZ delivery teams, asset owners and digital leadsto facilitate the resolution of all types of issues, bugs and vulnerabilities identified ondigital assets- Lead on the delivery of the global digital asset assurance strategy, definition of anassurance roadmap identifying areas of service growth, and leading on initiatives to driveefficiencies and simplified services- Lead resources on the digital asset assurance team on customer engagement and thedelivery of daily activities- Manage the global digital catalogue as the single source of external digital assetinformation- Lead the domain search, acquisition, protect the science and domains persistenceprogram for the digital asset catalogue- Analyse and promote business metrics and insights for assets and domains to supportstakeholder discussions and requests- Partner with AZ digital teams to build awareness of the risk and response to emergingdigital trends; hold global forums to share impactful information to digital delivery teams- Lead and provide support on projects related to the governance and Assurance of globalfor opportunities to expand the digital assurance management footprint- Deliver digital content support including online training and digital standardsdocumentation highlighting AZ digital principles and policies- Partner with 3rd party suppliers for day-to-day service activities
