We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Employee Experience Solution Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional end user experiences through the implementation of virtual assistant and service catalog capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and implementing virtual assistant and service catalog capabilities to enhance the digital employee experience.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience designers, and software engineers to gather requirements and ensure successful integration of user-facing solutions.
- Utilizing Python programming language to create efficient and scalable software solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to virtual assistant and service catalog implementations.
- Continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of existing solutions to ensure the highest level of user satisfaction.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the digital employee experience space.
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive automation and self-service initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering end user experiences using virtual assistant and service catalog capabilities.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing REST APIs for seamless integration between systems.
- Proficiency in Python programming language (experience with other languages is a plus).
- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Prior experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) or HR Service Delivery solutions is a plus.
