As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our client's services.
This role demands a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our brand presence and attracting top talent and clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the agency's services.
- Manage and optimize the agency's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts and ads, brochures, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales strategies.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to ensure high visibility in search engine results.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Preferably 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
**Schedules**:Mid shift ( 8am to 5 pm CST)
