Understand and customize approach taking into consideration the differences among the region, however delivering a future forward vision of media and digital strategy to all Latam region.Ability to use differences to enhance knowledge and learning among countries and flexibility to perceive commonalities that could be leverage as well in order to drive productivity and agility for the team.Support local team on best practices, prioritization among media players and visibility.Ensure businesess are levareging Total Connections Plan (ex.
