Digital Proposal Engineer

Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:- Review RFQ documents received from Sales. Give inputs to the Bid/No-Bid decision for an opportunity.- Come out with the overall solution for the opportunity.- Carry out detailed Solution Architecture and Scope estimates.- Make complete costing sheets, including Sensia Hardware & Software, 3rd Party Bought Outs, Project Management & Engineering MH calculations, Logistics/Inco-Terms (Taxes, Duties), etc.- Initiate internal approval process for Technical, Cost & Margin approvals from management. Conduct the approval meetings with various stake-holders.- Drive PARB & Risk Review Calls for opportunities with the individual requiring Senior Management Approvals.- Be a part of Customer Meetings to close Technical Points (TQ).- Interface with Sales and Legal/Contracts department for Terms & Conditions.- Review Purchase Orders & initiate order booking with commercial.- Project Handover to Operations.
