Responsible for driving the long term content strategy of all Hill's Digital Owned Assets (i.E. Hillspet websites and Hillsvet) ensuring a constant SEO focus in planning and execution. This role also leads the CRM strategy for Hill's Latam, defining the roadmap for the Regional campaigns while building countries' local CRM capabilities and providing support to develop winning CRM partnerships with local and regional eTailers. The individual will also play a key role in ensuring Social Media best practices sharing. The Digital Engagement Specialist closely works with our Agency partners and Hill's Brand Marketing to monitor the key performance indicators of Hill's Digital Owned assets to constantly address opportunities of improving traffic and engagement.****Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:- ** Hillspet websites SEO Content Strategy & Execution**:**Lead the long-term content strategy for Hill's Owned Assets with the objective of maximising brand awareness, traffic and conversion along the customer journey. Play a critical role in driving and implementing SEO content as part of the broader holistic approach to search. Define the content roadmap and priorities when it comes to Hill's Owned Assets, coordinating all the key stakeholders (Global Digital, Creative Agency, Countries). Champion the planning and implementation of the SEO articles by country.**- ** CRM Latam Strategy & Country support****Oversee the management of the CRM systems and lead the implementation of Gravity Hub/Salesforce across Latam. Drive the Latam CRM Strategy, defining the Regional CRM campaigns roadmap. Provide effective support to empower countries developing their local CRM Campaigns if needed. Support local and regional teams in leveraging CRM as key Engagement lever with the eTailers as part of the Customer joint business plans: setting the base for successful acquisition, retention and lapsed recovery CRM campaigns in terms of both planning and execution**- **Social Media Best Practice Sharing****Act as key connector of Best Practices gathering and sharing within the framework of Social media activities making sure to accelerate the learning curve of the different countries**- **KPIs monitoring, analytics & reporting****Developing the matrix of KPIs, and tracking performance across all touchpoints along the customer journey through the Hill's Owned Assets
