**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Thi role will be responsible for defining requirements, developing, and post-gaming digital reporting and tools. This role manages visual tool developer(s), and provides ad-hoc coaching to PepsiCo Foods Canada associates building visual tools.
**Your Impact**
As Digital Transformation Sr. Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
**Functional Responsibilities**
- Consult with Supply Chain/Finance leadersto compile project requests and detailed requirements.
- Partner with IT and Data Science to identify data variances vs current trusted sources and resolve
- Ensure data validation vs current reporting, and partnership with IT to identify causes and resolve
- Execute the scoping assessment of incoming demand submissions, ensuring completeness of demand charters
- Lead the quarterly and annual planning of Operational Performance tool development for the Manufacturing network in Canada
- Develop, enhance and maintain new Analytics tools to automate supply chain reporting and improve results
**People Responsibilities**
- Support Digital skill development inside PepsiCo Canada teams with training and coaching
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ business or any related field)
- Intermediate to Advanced PowerBI & PowerApps skills
- Proven experience developing new Power BI reports
- Experience partnering with functional leaders to understand needs and translate into PowerBI requirements
- Prior experience managing intake of Customer feedback and translating into change requirements
- Advanced English fluency is REQUIRED
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration / teamwork experience
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to initiate relationships with key stakeholders/take ownership
- Strong analytical skills
