.**About the Role**:Uber Delivery vertical is seeking a strategic, inventive and driven Senior Sales & Account Manager for ensuring a successful recently-delivered product launch, identifying key blockers, potential risks, partner and client experience, and overall acting as the product advocate to accelerate rollout and meet adoption aggressive targets. This role has a direct report, it requires leadership (influence) and partner management, both internal and external, for driving business results.This exciting opportunity will require her / him to balance short-term needs and long-term investments; having a collaborative,process driven, and critical working style, and acting as a true owner of the product!**What You'll Do**:- Ensure the Uber Direct product rollout and adoption with Restaurant partnersdirectly and proactively seek for growth opportunities to accelerate the product penetration in the market, supporting the close of large and medium contracts and ensuring a magnificent experience for every partner- Own the full account management cycle from onboarding to full rollout; engage and align optimally in C-level meetings post sales, actively listen to understand product opportunities, and help internal teams to prioritize Uber Direct improvements and new features to meet partners needs- Build an effective partnership with other Commercial team partners, and Operations and Product areas to reach the product goals- As a new LOB, you will be required to build processes according to the partners and teams needs- Work with Operation Managers to design and coordinate the product deployment, identify issues and quickly correct them to secure positive experiences for our partners- Uber Direct is very much being built from the ground up, so there's a lot of hustle and getting our hands in the mud. We test things, break them, deep dive into the issues, repair them, and test once more until the business works as intended**What You'll Need**:- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or similar- Minimum of 5 years working in Sales / Account Management / operations management / business development work in a large business or growing a startup- Experience in sales & account management, a proven track record in business development and client management preferred- Good business understanding and judgment. Comfortable taking care of financial information and thoughtful about overall strategic choices- Empathetic when dealing with people. Able to quickly establish relationships with external and internal stakeholders.- High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response
