Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate internal business projects across various teams within DaCodes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively
Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution:
? Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
? Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
? Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
2. Team Coordination and Communication:
? Facilitate effective communication between finance, HR, engineering, marketing, sales, and other relevant teams.
? Schedule and lead regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment across teams.
? Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.
3. Risk Management:
? Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
? Monitor project progress and proactively address any deviations from the plan.
? Ensure that all projects comply with DaCodes' standards and core values.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
? Track and report on project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
? Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
? Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture lessons learned.
5. Resource Management:
? Manage project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and allocation.
? Work with the People and Culture team to address any staffing needs or adjustments required for project success.
? Ensure team members have the necessary tools and support to perform their roles effectively.
6. Continuous Improvement:
? Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
? Stay updated with the latest project management methodologies and tools.
? Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery and team productivity
Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
? 5+ years of experience in project management and/or consulting, preferably within the technology or software development industry.
? Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
? Strong understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.
? Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
? Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
? Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
? Ability to use ChatGPT and other generative Ai tools to increase productivity.
? Daily use of Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, Drive, and others.
? PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
? Fluent English is required.
