Lead all aspects of Human Resources to deliver talent and workforce solutions and support in alignment with business goals. Build and maintain HR organization structure to effectively support Alliance Air plants. Plan, direct, implement, and oversee all human resources functions and activities in partnership with business and HR leadership. Develop and maintain effective workforce standard processes and policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and priorities aligned with overall business strategy and aligned with HR systems and process. 2. Serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Plant Manager. 3. Represent Human Resources as part of the Alliance Air Leadership Team and with direction from and alignment to the DAA North America Human Resources Team. 4. Lead and manage all aspects of human resources for the assigned location(s) including but not limited to: talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employer compliance, payroll/HRIS, employee and labor relations, and learning and development. 5. Leverage employee feedback from engagement surveys and exit interviews to identify concerns/gaps and partner with senior leaders to identify and drive improvements 6. Lead development and implementation of human resources processes and policies to meet organizational needs and comply with state and federal laws. 7. Represent the organization in dealing with government agencies especially in Mexico and in compliance with NOM-35 employer requirements. 8. Collaborate with General Manager and Plant Manager in facilitating effective Senior Leadership Staff meetings and on-going senior leadership teaming and communication. 9. Lead employee communication strategy and execution 10. Oversee human resources budget planning and manage departmental expenses to plan. 11. Build and maintain a high functioning HR Team through effective: talent acquisition, performance management, and development; communication and collaboration; recognition; and operational excellence.
Experiência y requisitos
Minimum Education Requirements: Barchelors Degree in Human Resources or related business field. Master's Degree in Business Admnistration, Human Resources or related focus. Minimum 10 years related experience and training Preferred experience more than 15 years, if US based, PHR or SPHR preferred Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Bilingual: English and Spanish - Progressive HR leadership experience - Experience leading overall HR function in a manufacturing environment - Demonstrated ability to support change management needs and team building - Ability to lead effectively through influence Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Knowledge of Mexican employment laws including NOM-35 - Labor relations experience with Mexico-based manufacturing facilities - Experience leveraging operational excellence/process improvement principles and processes to align strategies, build accountability and achieve results - Experience leading HR with responsibility for two or more sites - Experience supporting a US-owned, Mexico-based manufacturing operation
