Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering strategies that align with company goals.

Drive the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge pumping solutions.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the engineering team.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to drive technological innovation.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, with a minimum of (X) years in a managerial position.

Strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, or related engineering disciplines.

Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
