Develop and manage a high-performance team to rapidly expand the global Food Supply Chain Solutions (Certification, Suppliers Assurance and Seafood and Product Claims) business for the process distributor sector, while delivering impeccable integrity, profitability and high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement a strong strategic plan to maintain and enhance NSF's position as a global leader in supply chain food safety services. Work collaboratively as part of the LATAM Food Division's leadership team to ensure service offerings are integrated globally across all industry sectors.

- Select, train, develop, motivate, and maintain a competent team to oversee the delivery of auditing services, operations, Technical & Quality, and customer service for the Supply Chain Food Safety group
- Integrate the delivery of global audit service, operations and technical & quality into a cohesive team working across the LATAM Supply Chain Food Division
- Provide leadership in the delivery of auditing and other services to support Supply Chain Food Safety customers and ensure high levels of customer service and profitability
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual operating plans and budget for Supply Chain Food Safety programs, along with other necessary reports consistent with corporate & regional strategies and operating plans
- Develop integrated international food safety certification and unaccredited audit strategies with NSF offices in Latin America.
- Assure that accredited program operations meet all corporate and accreditation body program requirements for quality assurance and control
- Work with Sales & Marketing to develop clear strategies and support for regional and country-by-country program growth.
- Support the Sales & Marketing initiatives through customer meetings, trade and professional organization participation, conferences and trade shows as assigned
- Direct the implementation of new Supply Chain Food Safety programs, as well as modifications to existing programs, to meet both the present and future needs of clients
- Represent NSF as an expert in Supply Chain Food Safety programs at industry meetings, conferences and other related national and international meetings
- Support other NSF programs on issues of food safety and food safety program development.
