Diseñador Gráfico Bilingüe (CDMX)

We are looking for a graphic designer who has experience working in CPG Packaging Design. The ideal candidate must be extremely creative with experience developing consistent and emotionally engaging visuals across a range of platforms – from print collateral to product packaging, digital assets and website design for international brands.

Responsibilities
The person in this role is responsible for bringing to life, with speed and quality of execution, new and creative package designs from concept through prototype development and production. Additional responsibilities include:
Website design and maintenance.
Marketing collateral design and production.
Sales/marketing presentations and video editing.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to create designs for new products, redesign packaging, establish and/or improve processes, frameworks and methodologies for approaching digital assignments.
Work collaboratively to synthesize user behavior, analytics and marketing metrics into effective design solutions.
Develop and implement visual elements or creative concepts for project deliverables.
Translate existing and emerging concepts into actual packaging and/or merchandising designs.
Integrate images, graphics, text, etc., with a great sense of aesthetics, while executing against the brand and/or product vision.
Create presentations, mood boards and proposals based upon project scope.
Attend project meetings to understand concept, timelines, objectives and specifications.
Present ideas during creative meetings.
Communicate project deliverables across Strategic Design team and Graphics Packaging department.
Conduct marketplace research to stay up-to-date on market trends, emerging brands and new design developments.
Recommend improvements in creative design concept, tools, processes and/or assigned tasks to management.

Requirements
Fluent English and Spanish (interview will be in English).
High degree of proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, ClearSlide, etc.
Proficiency MS Office Suite, web design software and internet applications.
Highly analytical with a strong understanding of the consumer demographics within the CPG industry.
Strong verbal/written communication, and time management skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning).
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
