Dispatch Coordinator

Responsibilities:Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.Monitor and track shipments to optimize routes and delivery schedules.Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, updates, and any issues that arise.Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes.Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including shipment details and driver logs.Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during transit.Assist in the evaluation and improvement of dispatch processes and procedures.Requirements:Intermediate English is a must.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite durationSalary: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per monthBenefits:Transportation assistance or serviceCompany parkingOption for indefinite contractMedical expense insuranceMajor medical expense insuranceLife insuranceCompany phoneGrocery vouchersWork Schedule:8-hour shiftWork Location: On-site employment#J-18808-Ljbffr
