If you believe in this mission—we may just have the perfect role for you.**The Opportunity**:The HPE, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager, will be primarily responsible for effectively executing the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy by helping to define and implement programs that create equity across diverse populations. This includes analysing data, creating tools, resources, or routines to bring programs to life. The Program Manager will be a consultative solution partner to senior business and HR leaders while serving as a change agent in designing, developing, and delivering across a broad array of programs to attract, develop and retain the best leaders and engaged employees. This role provides an opportunity to make a positive impact through leading and organizing broad cross-functional efforts and working closely with leadership to help achieve business goals. Reporting to the HPE Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, this manager will be part of the core team that the Chief Diversity Officer leads.**How you´ll make your mark**:- Manage and coordinate multiple highly visible, and cross-functional programs, projects, and work at the Geo level(s). Develop and deploy processes and tools that support strategic Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs in partnership with the business and Geo HR. Ensure clear scope and on-time delivery across all relevant business and partner teams- Build out project timelines & actions along with dashboards, presentations, and key approval milestones
