Dram Validation Expert

Transform the Future of InformationMicron Technology is a leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, accelerating the transformation of information into intelligence.We are seeking an expert DRAM validation engineer to join our team!About the Role:Validate new DRAM compute products, ensuring their quality and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and execute validation tests, analyzing results and categorizing silicon issues.Investigate functionality or margin issues, correct software and hardware limitations.Report findings to Design Readiness and collaborate with other teams on issue repeatability and correlation.Expand validation coverage by analyzing DRAM functionality and margin.Requirements:• Experience/Understanding of DRAM architecture and functionality.• Solid Circuit-level knowledge, simulation, and debug experience.• Advanced knowledge/understanding of C/C++/Python.• Bachelor's Degree or Master of Science in Computer Engineering - Electrical Engineering.Become Part of Our Vision:Our team fosters a culture of continuous learning and development, where you can grow your technical analysis skills, imagination, and creativity.Estimate Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
