If you're passionate about E-Commerce, come join the Sales team as an E-Commerce Executive. You'll be responsible for leading the development of these channels, you'll be responsible for growing profitably year over year.
E-commerce is a key priority in our Customer Development strategy and a key enabler for our growth agenda for the BU. This channel has expanded aggressively and will continue to evolve in the near future. This is a remote role, located in Mexico City.
This is a L7 role, reporting to Xiomara Alba.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
**Strategic Mindset**: Responsible for the monthly / year sales of the Pure players and Last Milers sales objective. Build long-term strategy to define future growth opportunities and investment. Align the Pricing strategy in Pure players according to channel needs. Design winning Digital Comms Strategy by customer to win first positions in our customer's platforms.
**Ensure execution**: Design and execute a differentiated promotional calendar relevant to this channel. Design with shopper marketing and the categories team the communication strategy for Pure Players. Create the future Route to Market strategy for Pure Players focusing in Amazon, Justo and Meli.
**Drive results**: Co-lead with Supply Chain the development of new sizes and formats according to channel needs. Own the e-commerce P&L for this segment of clients. Create the correct portfolio strategy including innovation for Amazon. Perform competitor's analyses within digital and e-commerce channels and identify gaps and opportunities for Kellanova.
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering.
E-commerce and digital commercial experience, preferably having worked on CPG's with highly developed e-commerce programs.
Commercial experience preferred (Key Account Executive, Customer Marketing)
Excellent relationships and communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
Strategic thinking, project management and strong capabilities to transform vision into execution.
English required.
