.Our client is a leader in the distribution of pleasure and romance products and is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to join a team of talented individuals.**Working Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST****Rate paid in USD: 8 per hour****Responsibilities**- Creating product listings on online marketplaces such as Amazon ,eBay, Shopify and other ecommerce platforms.- Conducting market research to identify new trends in the industry or among competitors.- Analysing website data to determine the most popular products or factors that may influence customers' buying behaviour.- Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.- Managing stock by arranging returns, refunds, and exchanges where appropriate.- Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, and delivery tracking numbers.- Tracking analytics and optimizing marketing campaigns through Google Analytics and identifying opportunities for improvement.- Monitoring site traffic and customer feedback to assess response to site updates.- Managing social media platforms- Implementing and refining SEO strategies- Possessing a full understanding of best practices in SEO, pricing, media assets and inventory.- Updating SEO on selling platforms.- Reviewing landing pages, product information, payment options, and any other relevant systems associated with the website to ensure they are visually appealing, and accurate.- Assisting in making decisions on promotions such as discounted offers and bundles available.- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.- Resolve and remove any negative feedback.- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business in defined accounts.- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.- Submit daily productivity reports to both Manager and Stakeholders at the end of the day
