The E-Commerce Product Manager will typically own one or more product features and lead project execution.
Individuals in this role will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on their deep and firsthand understanding of the customer.
They will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Interacts frequently with stakeholders and generates business requirements for new and existing e-commerce sites.
- Identifies customer needs and prioritizes deliverables for new stores, migrations and upgrades, and other e-commerce projects.
- Develops e-commerce features that achieve business goals and metrics.
- Creates project plans, timelines, feature stories, and other materials in coordination with UX and Technology partners as part of the overall development process.
- Continuously aims to meet stakeholder expectations and achieve innovative solutions without compromising the usability and viability of e-commerce sites.
- Create test scripts and drive end to end acceptance testing by collaborating with technology partners, system owners and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and collaborate on release activities with delivery and business teams.
- Assists business stakeholders with go-to-market plans and post-launch maintenance of the e-commerce sites.
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum 2 years of product management and e-commerce experience.
- _**Live in Nuevo León state or Monterrey metropolitan area.

- Advanced English.
- Experience with enterprise-level e-commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce Cloud / Magento, Salesforce Commerce, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing tools (Google optimize, Optimizely, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of technology environment and ability to communicate about technology and digital products with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficient in lean and agile methodologies.
- Strong communications skills at all levels of a global organization.
- Ability to identify and analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
- Innovative, curious mindset and approach to the job.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
