.No Relocation Assistance Offered 152569 - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**Job Summary**Responsible for eCommerce strategy implementation and growth generation for Omnichannel customers, including eB2B.Ensure that eCommerce sites are populated with accurate information relevant to the online shopper through our content team.Communication of plans and strategies to CDT and customers through the definition, planning, execution and evaluation of plans (including advertising and promotional grid).Develop tools to measure performance of eCommerce.Responsible for tracking implementation and performance of retail media plans with our customers.Visit Customers to evaluate opportunities, present plans, negotiate online spaces & activities and increase online sales.Work with Division and global.**Responsabilities**:- Define eCommerce Strategy with Omnichannel Customers, aligned to Division and Global.- Definition of wight assortment.- Plan impementation with customers, including advertising (retail media) and promotional grid.- Internal communication with key stakeholders to drive growth to Omnichannel.- Develop annual plans for each customer and work towards having eCommerce as a pillar for JBP´s.- Negotiation, planning and execution with Omnichannel customers including eB2B.- Define right visbility on eCommerce, using online tools as "Perfect Stores" to increase share of visibility across channel.- Advertising budget owner for omnichannel: Planning, implementation and management with CDT´s and finance team.- Presentations to Division, commercial teams and customers.- Implement eCommerce with Wholesalers: definition, development and follow up.- Communication of results across company**Applied Knowledge and Skills**- Passion for digital and eCommerce.- The ability to influence and deliver via others with extraordinary results.- Able to effectively engage and build strong relationships, with key internal and external stakeholders with high impact to drive the agenda forward.- Financial Proficiency, superior analytical skills and strong commercial acumen.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).- Category Management or Account Management knowledge.- Digital Marketing knowledge desirable.- Master Degree desirable.**Education, Experience, and Skills Required**- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Administration or Finance.- 5 years of experience.- Experience in account management, category management or ecommerce.- Advanced Excel.- English - fluent
