We know the health of people, the planet and our business are interconnected which is why we're taking ambitious action to tackle some of the biggest challenges of our time, from climate change to access to healthcare and disease prevention.Summary of Position:As the Early Assets Marketing Associate for the Biopharmaceutical Business Unit (BBU), you will be contributing to launch planning for the Cardiovascular, Metabolic and Renal pipeline and the Respiratory and Immunology pipeline. Working closely with the Early Assets Director and large cross-functional teams, this position is integral to project management and preparation of pre-launch deliverables. You will collaborate with colleagues in Market Access and Pricing, Medical Affairs, Medical Evidence, and Market Research and Insights. This position is ideal for someone who aspires to be a business leader in a company driven by science and in therapeutic areas that experience fast growth at AstraZeneca.What You'll Do:Lead the creation and tracking of detailed cross-functional brand/therapeutic area plans.Develop communication to ensure collaboration and alignment between cross-functional team members according to plan.Develop documentation of launch planning insights, decisions, and activities by function.Develop decision-making frameworks and tools to support early asset planning and investment decision-making.Lead desktop research for the portfolio of products in BBU Early Assets.Support forecasting and external insight generation to inform decision making.What We're Looking For:1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.University Degree or Higher in relevant field (Business, Science); MBA or other relevant Master's degree preferred.Knowledge of market access, pricing strategies, and medical affairs.Familiarity with early-stage product development and launch planning.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, along with Microsoft Excel.Agile learner, ability to manage multiple priorities and products/therapeutic areas
