Company DescriptionLocated 70 km from Mexico City, Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) has manufactured since 1966 a wide range of products for the Automotive Business for Electrical Drives (ED) and Gasoline Systems (GS) Divisions.Our strategy is shown in the Excellence Wheel, we are driving the change to be the Plant No. 1 in North America.**Job Description**:**Main Objective**Coordinate and ensure the implementation of all engineering change requests (ECRs) and RFQs, as well as to coordinate multidisciplinary teams on worldwide changes with Project Management Tools.**What challenges will you have?**- Plant coordination of RFQ's in collaboration with all cross-functional areas involved (Product Management - Regional Business Unit, Sales, Program Management Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, etc.)- Manage and track Engineering Change Requests- Responsible on the RFQ process at plant level to complete cost inquiries accurately and on time- Leading multidisciplinary teams in the successful change process- Ensure that project goals and objectives are met with Project Management Tools- Ensure the correct implementation of all the engineering change requests- Administrate global and local changes**Qualifications**:**Who are we looking for?**- Industrial Engineering degree or similar- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry- At least 1 year with Project Management- Advanced / Proficient English level**Technical Knowledge**- Microsoft Project- Power BI- OPL- MSE Project**What you will bring to Bosch**- Strong negotiation and crisis management skills- Leadership to reach objectives and results- Analytical skills that allow you to manage strategies for project management- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams- Great communication skills- Integrity and strength for taking decisionsAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
