And, we're just getting started!With over 1,200+ global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 12 offices worldwide, we're looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:Flywire is looking for an experienced Client Development Leader to oversee the delivery and execution of our solution to partner institutions through scalable, efficient strategies designed to increase Flywire's utilisation on campus.This individual will directly manage a motivated team of regionally based Account Managers, each managing a geographically dispersed portfolio of clients, who are tasked with the continuous growth and expansion of client engagement to retain & maximise the value of these partnerships.Key Responsibilities:In partnership with Client Operations, ensure that Account Managers (AMs) have the resources, tools and skills necessary to create successful clients.Drive and facilitate the utilisation of client configuration & performance data to understand accounts at scale, helping them realise their objectives efficiently.Engage proactively with the team to develop a mixture of data-led, targeted campaigns as well as direct engagement.Work closely with the Client Operations group to identify additional ways that Flywire can serve campus stakeholders.Coordinate team activities to ensure clients understand the further success that can be achieved with appropriate Flywire products and services.Mentor and coach AMs to protect and grow existing accounts by executing a scalable account management strategy.Utilise data to systematically identify new revenue opportunities through existing products.Collaborate with Sales to close new product opportunities which further unlock an account's potential.Additional duties of the Manager of Long Tail Client Development:Own the execution of client strategy, expansion, and overall health of client accounts.Work collaboratively with Client Operations to resolve operational challenges.Prioritise client enhancements and maintenance requests alongside net new client projects
