Together with our amazing culture we deliver services to make life easier.We are also commited to keeping our Raciners motivated,healthy,focused to enjoy their everyday challenges and ready to deliver awesomeness everywhere around the world.We've built a place where we enjoy logistics and we are sure you will love too!Join us as a **Night Shift Executive!**As a Night Shift Executive you will help us deliver an uninterrupted track and trace service, following up with a continue information flow of the in-transit shipments, in a strategically and efficiently manner, connecting with our 24/7 customer service commitment that exceeds expectations, in compliance with the internal administrative responsibilities, by the multitasking-outstanding performance, coordinating any shipment type demanded (ground/air/ sea), simplifying a single-overnight contact channel, thru a collaborative work, living our company ´s values.Preferred Qualifications:- 1 year min experience in Customer Service (ground + air+ sea) (Night Shift Preferred)- Having supported, assisted, or coordinated any / all the following:- Expedited Shipments (Hot Shot/ Courier / Hand Carry / Charter Services)- Ground Domestic shipments (Mexico / USA)- Ground International shipments (inbound/ southbound MX-USA-CAN)- Custom Clearance (import / export)- Air + Sea shipments- In-Transit Cargo (Bonded Shipments)- General Cargo and Specialized (JIT, HZMT, Project Cargo, Overweight, Overdim)- Being familiar with Overseas Agents Business Interaction (preferred)- Know-how concepts and terms of a quote break down (ground/ air/ sea)- Documentation and Paperwork (ground/ air/ sea)- Microsoft office (Word/ Excel/ Power Point)- Logitude System Management- Effective written and spoken communication and language skills (Spanish + English)Key Responsabilities:- Maintain a continued status and information flow, to customers, about in-transitshipments.- Give overnight support to Operations, Leader and Key Account Executive wheneverdemanded.- Achieve and maintain a consistently high level of quality service performance, exceeding customer expectations.- Follow and execute the internal-administrative processes according to the manual, forms, and stipulated guidelines.- Initiative, proactivity, and criteria for making decisions that go towards solving day-to-day problems- Encourage teamwork, within the department and with the rest of the company's areas (Sales, Pricing, Accounting, Business Development, Business Implementation, etc.)- Manage and analyse performance statistics (KPIs) to suggest and make improvements to detected areas of opportunity
