Join us as a**Sea Executive!**

As a**Sea Executive**you will generate and deliver 24/7 customer service experience that exceeds expectations, always in compliance with the internal administrative responsabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in international business, logistics or related
- 1 year min experience in sea (Internal / External)
- Having supported, assisted, or coordinated any / all of the following:
a) FCL + LCL shipments from / to Mexico / Worldwide and point to point shipments

b) Sea container drayage (Door to port / port to door)

c) Intermodal, all truck, rail + truck, liner and non-liner service

d) General cargo
- Know-how concepts and terms of a quote break down

**Key Responsabilities**:

- Active participation in the achievement of the targets and objectives of the

department (Profit and Customer Service Experience)
- Participate in the Interaction with international Agents, promoting and

strengthening good business relationships
- Follow and execute the internal-administrative processes according to the manual,

forms, and stipulated guidelines.
- Perform high quality standards in customer service experience (WOW effect)
- Solving day-to-day problems
- Be part of the teamwork, within the department and with the rest of the company's

areas (Sales, Pricing, Accounting, Business Development, Business Implementation,

etc.)
