A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About the roleAs an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role attending the LATAM region, ensuring the administration that underpins all the Onboarding process for new hires in the region is completed accurately, leading a team of 6 members.Key responsibilitiesEnsure the continued quality & integrity of data by performing regular data audits and reconciliations.Provide guidance & support provision of training to end-users and key stakeholders on HR data related policies and processes.Continuously improve ways of working looking for opportunities to remove manual data input and/or extracts.Provide analysis of content usage and end-user feedback.Engage with the relevant content owners to flag and facilitate resolution of content related issues.Maintain employees' information on MySuccess and associated HR systems ensuring it is up to date, accurate, and complies with GDPR, legal compliance, and Kerry standards.Ensure SLAs are met and attend escalations.Efficient reporting and analytical skills to work proactively to run reports to provide HR insights to the business.Qualifications and skillsHighly organized, with a demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality work through his/her team.Proven ability to work with large data sets effectively and efficiently, as well as interpret and synthesize large volumes of data with clarity in a concise and well-presented format.Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, process oriented.Experience of working in a multi-national, multi-lingual, and culturally diverse environment, both locally and remotely serviced.
