**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Create and revise unit wiring schematics and network connection drawings- Create and review electric panel layouts following relevant codes and standards- Create and revise wire harnesses- Check and approve drawings and bill of materials- Work with software team to develop and verify CRAC system controls- Work with development scientist to validate setup of new electrical customizations- Participate in identification of cost reduction opportunities and in the design and development of cost reduction changes Implement product changes to solve field issues, support service department**QUALIFICATIONS****Minimum Job Qualifications**:- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an electrical engineering field.- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment independently and as a member of a dynamic team; offer and receive constructive criticism- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members- Demonstrated history of delivering quality products to market with understanding and respect for phases of the product development process- Excellent project management skills and communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in 3D CAD software, preferred CREO 4.0 and greater Knowledge of NEC (NFPA79), IEEE 519, UL 508A SB**Preferred Qualifications**:- Preferred 4-8 years of experience in an HVAC related electrical engineering field.- Experience with PLM systems (BOM management and change order release)- Experience working closely with associates in manufacturing engineering and production roles- Knowledge of UL60335-2-40 or equivalent CSA/UL standards- Understanding electrical schematic layout and creation Experience with communications and interconnects standards and protocols including RS485, CAN, and Ethernet**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS**Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree from an accredited college or university**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**- Light Lifting (5 Ibs.25 Ibs.)- Frequent Standing- Frequent kneeling / crawling / stooping Frequent bending / twisting**ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**Protective Equipment Required (earplugs, gloves, eyewear, cut resistant sleaves)**TRAVEL TIME REQUIRED**(None)**_OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: _**_Safety.
