Electronic Engineer

**_Profile: _**At least 5 years of relevant experience in ACS development and programming. The person will report directly to VP of Automated Manufacturing.**_Responsibilities: _**- Develop PLC, HMI, MC and other programs to automate manufacturing processes.- Troubleshoot and root cause issues with automated cells, systems and other industrial equipment**.**:- Implement and support LEAN manufacturing principles at the entire automated production line.- Lead maintenance plans for robot cells and industrial machines in part of electric and automation**.****_What we are looking for: _**- 3-5 years experience in ACS development and programming.- Extensive experience in selecting the right equipment - sensors, PLCs, actuators - and building a system of it**.**:- Proficient in PLC programming - Siemens, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Omron, AB**.**:- Understanding the industrial electrical safety standards**.**:- Experience in the selection of power automation - servo-motors, inventors along with cables selection for power line and signal lines.- Experience and understanding EMC in order to run the cables correctly and avoid Electro-magnetic interference.**_Nice-to-haves: _**- Robots programming and experience working with robots is beneficial. Same for 3D printing.- OSHA10-30 training is beneficial**.**:- IIoT experience and Industry 4.0 concept understanding**.**:- Experience in machines maintenance - creating and following preventive procedures. Be familiar with predictive maintenance approach**.
