.**Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity**:Goals - Drive key metrics including PO confirmation, OTTR, OTTFP, Past due revenue reduction, Working capital, Productivity and Supply base optimizationAchieve agreed metric / goals for site with Sourcing leader**Key Responsibilities**:- Process requisitions, place purchase orders, expedite and track orders in support of Procurement and Operations- Maintain ERP material data as directed by Strategic Sourcing.- Ensure suppliers provide delivery confirmation in an accurate and timely manor- Maintain and assure current order status information to keep supplier on-time to request info valid.- Effectively expedite orders to prevent line down situations and air transportation costs.- Manage rescheduling of direct materials as required- Resolve all invoice holds in a timely manner to prevent credit holds.- Manage complaints to suppliers (delivery issues and/or quality)- Provide monthly input to management / COE regarding supplier delivery performance.- Issue of periodic forecast to supplier and mange feedback loop with the supplier to confirm demand can is achievable and to manage output/consequences of a demand drop- Review of supplier component pipeline to meet the Honeywell Forecast and open orders- Review clear to build / full kit status of demand for the short term and long-term demand windows- Review actions taken on component shortages and escalate specific shortages to COE per the escalation process- Monitor finished goods stocking program health.- Liaise with supplier on excess and obsolescence claims generated as a result of demand drop /ECN/ EOL- Supporting Honeywell objectives on Cost reduction, Supply Chain Lead time reduction, working capital, and quality and delivery improvement.- Be a driver in new product introduction initiatives and obsolescence management, tracking key milestones to enable successful execution of the program.- Lead/ support in-sourcing and out-sourcing strategies. Lead/ support transition of projects from other sites- Manage and execute supplier and operational issues, including but not limited to engineering change management, contract maintenance, parts availability, quality and launch support.- Use Honeywell tools and processes to drive fact-based decision making.- Implement Honeywell standard Contract Terms and Conditions with suppliers- Promote early supplier involvement of approved suppliers to optimize quality and produce ability at lowest cost per program requirements.**MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's In Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or Operations- Minimum 1 year experience in managing global projects, NPI, PIPO,- 2 to 5 years of Procurement experience- SAP Material Planning experience- Minimum 1 year experience on Supplier VMI and productivity saving contracts.**WE VALUE**:- CPIM and/or CPM certification desired.- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification desired
