They will join an exciting, fast-paced company newsroom to help deliver relevant and timely internal communications. As part of a team of bilingual "news reporters on the street" with keen curiosity and unyielding enthusiasm, and a consummate company ambassador, they will communicates on behalf of the company, anchoring company culture, strategy, and other messaging important to our employees and business.**About the Job**:- Support internal communications strategies, key messages, vehicles, timing, etc., for employees world-wide, with a strong emphasis on our manufacturing plant in Ensenada, Mexico.- Proactively seek out compelling stories and reporting opportunities to help employees connect the dots between their day-to-day work and company strategies.- Edit and post written and digital content, proofing and distributing weekly newsletters.- Design captivating visual communications, including, but not limited to posters, flyers, and more.- Maintain digital archives and updat distribution lists.- Proof and translate content from Spanish to English and vice versa.- Assist with maintaining Fender's employee intranet, including design, content and a process that promotes timely and accurate messaging and readership.- Support organizational communication, announcements and events.- Assist in key initiative communication planning and internal change management efforts
