We win when our customers win and that drives everything we do!**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**Employee Experience Manager is the responsible for design, model, implement, educate and complete programs closely related to employee engagement focusing on creating good working environment that can elevate our entire emplo**y**ee experience to a whole new level. Working closely with HR Business Partner for creating a proactive and structured approach to culture, employee wellbeing, career development, support, training, and various initiatives across the board that keep our employees happy and engaged.**Duties & Responsibilities**- Work together with HR Business Partner to implement core values & culture in entire employee experience lifecycle.- Empower employees and take a strategic approach to how to work with people and culture.- Responsible for the overall employee experience and the elements that influence it, including the physical workplace, technology and policies that shape the company culture.- Responsible for the overall on-boarding experience of new employees from start to finish.- Responsible for overall employee engagement, motivation, and advancement.- Owning people development, manager support and broader initiatives.- Responsible for designing, implementing, and following up engagement surveys.- Responsible for entire experience of support, training & career development of all employees.- Designing, implementing, and following through on company policies- Managing & planning overall activities & budget related to employees, and social activities.- This position/function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental management system, its Policy, applicable standards, and procedures.**Skills Required**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related curriculum required.- Bilingual English- Spanish is a must.- 8+ years of experience in supervision or HR Generalist- Strong interpersonal and communications skills and working knowledge of PC software required.- Proven track record of developing, driving, and delivering against implementation plans.- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to deadlines.- Experience of facilitating and influencing decision making.- Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality
