As a Independencia Shift Lead, you are occupational people leader caring for the manufacturing employees on shift 1, shift 2 or shift 3.Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing shift team while actively contributing to the day-to-day operations, fostering a collaborative environment and leading by example.- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their shift team (e.G., technical development, career coaching, performance, training, and regulatory compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and by leading and developing a diverse team of occupational health professionals. The shift lead will also support the Site Leader in budgeting and other administrative task, as needed.- Ensure employee protection through appropriate occupational health programs implementation, primary care services and health promotion activation in accordance with J&J and Local Regulations and in close partnership with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Human Resources (HR), Facilities, and leadership.- Maintains visibility as an Employee Health & Well-Being advocate and spokesperson for their shift. Continued engagement of key stakeholders to reinforce the strategic importance of building Health & Well-Being at J&J as part of our holistic Total Rewards and HR strategies.- Coordinates and execute the onboarding process for all physicians, nurses, and support staff; identifies individual start dates; ensures comprehensive and proper completion of medical documentation required for new hires.- Supports the development and implementation of strategies to elevate the patient experience.- Enable data-driven decision-making through fully implemented Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and innovative health technologies
