**Responsibilities**:- Provides advice and facilitates high risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct.- Develops and implements workplace policies, programs and enhancements to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagement.- Monitors legislation impacting employers and define necessary modifications to existing practices.- Provides advanced direction and consulting services to HR and management on a diverse range of complex, sensitive and/or high risk HR issues across multiple regions.- Responds to inquiries from internal/external entities, fair employment practices agency charges and litigation.- Maintains employee information that is accurate, meets the organization's legal obligations, and assists in human resource management and planning- Provides reporting and analysis on trends and various corporate initiatives.- All other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Previous HR experience preferred**Education**:- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
